20 Questions Frequently Asked by Non-Muslims Page 62 of 118
[56] 17 Is one day for Allah equal to one thousand years, or 50,000 years for man? Why? The question is, there is a verse in the Bible that should read: One day for Allah is equal to one thousand years for men, and another verse is one day equal to 50,000 equals 50,000 years. Does this not mean that the Bible should be read in reverse? Or? Answer A. Time for Allah is unmatched by any human being. The Bible should be read in two paragraphs: chapter 22, verse 47, and chapter 32, paragraph five, which states that one day is equal to one thousand and one thousand years of the time of man. A. And there is another verse in the chapter 70, 70, 4, which says that the measure of time per day for Allah is equal to 50,000 years of human time. These terms generally mean that the measure of time to Allah is incomparable to the measure of time of man. The Bible uses the human life span of 1,000 or 50,000 years. In other words, the word "thousands of years" is a long period of human time, but only one day for Allah.
