After the time of the prophets (ﷺ) and the great sects, disagreements over politics and faith led to the emergence of early heretics: 1. Khawarij: A extremist group that convicts other Muslims of being cafes and allows bloodshed. 2. Shia (Rafidhah): An extremist group against Ali ibn Abi Talib and other anti-Sahab. 3. Qadariyyah & Jabriyyah: A group that has misunderstood the scriptures (Qadar / Fate). 4. Mu'tazilah: A group that promotes human reason beyond the text and Sun.
