Your Beliefs 106 Believe that He actually wrote in the Book "Lao Hulmahus" (a book that records everything) that He knew in advance. The proof is His words: "A disaster fell upon you, and a plague fell upon you except when it was written in the Book (Lao Holmahus) before We created it." (The Bible should read 57:22). And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Allah has made a decree for all beings before He created the heavens and the earth fifty thousand years." (Muslim: 2653) Believe that Allah's intention is to be fulfilled, that nothing can stop it, and nothing can overcome His power. Everything happens according to His will and power. What He intended must happen, and what He intended could not happen. Allah has said: "And you have no intention of doing anything except Allah, the Lord of the worlds."
