========================================
The moonlight is a reflection of the sun, not the moon itself.
========================================
It was initially believed by civilization that the moon had its own source of light. But today's science shows that the moon's light is a reflection of light from the sun. In fact, there are two real quotations from 1400 years ago in Al-Qur'an, in the 25th chapter of the Qur'an, verse 61, which means in Khmer:
"Blessed is he who created the stars and made the sun and the moon to shine upon them."
25ارَكَ الَّذِي َّذِيلَ فِي السَّمَاءِ بُرُوجًا وَجَعَلَ َا سِرَاجًا وَقَمَرًا مُّنِيرًا - 25:61
The Arabic word for sun is អំពី (sam), which refers to the word (sirach), which means fire, or the word (waha hach), which means tamarind fire (dia), which means bright light. The affirmation of these three words refers to the sun. The sun, which is very intense and shines from itself. An Arabic word (al-Kamar) for the moon. This reference in the Qur'an calls the moon in Arabic (Monir) قَمَرًا مُّنِيرًا.
