As for the first picture; for he is hesitant in the other duty, so he does not fall from it.

And whoever sees the fasting of the month or the fast of the fatwa alone, he fasted, and if he replies to it, he said, "If Iftara (the fast) is over", he only mentions the judgment; to state that there is no expiation for him, unlike the shafi'i.

(And before[(1)) ((2) without a lawsuit[(3)] and the word testified ((4) to fast with a gimme[(5)] news of an individual[(6)] provided that it is fair ((7)[(8)] and if we were to commit a crime, or a woman, or confined in a repentant vomiting[(2)], and a condition for the fungus two men[(3), or a man and two women, and the words testified ((4)[( 5)] no lawsuit.

And without a cloud the condition of a great gathering in them is: (1) Knowledge falls by their experience, and reason rules that they do not conspire to lie.

(And after fasting) Thirty with two fair words (and three fair words) (and four fair words): (And if one witnesses an injustice in the month of Ramadan, and in the sky is a blemish (and seven) (three fair words), then fast (and one fair word) because thirty does not solve the fitrah, unlike Muhammad (peace be upon him), the fittah proves (and) he has dependence on fasting (and how much of the thing) proves implicitly, and does not prove intentionally.

(And it became like a fungus): i.e. in the above-mentioned judgments [1] . Positive door of corruption [2] .

(from a mosque[1]), or gathered[2] in one of the two ways, or ate, or drank food, or medicine[3]) intentionally,[4], or abstained,[5] he thought that he was fated,[6] so he ate intentionally, then he died,[7] and disbelieved,[8] as the appearances show: i.e. his penance is like the penance of the appearance,[8][9][10][11], i. e. his atonement, (by corrupting the fast of Ramadan not only[11]): i.E. by corrupting Ramadan's performance intentionally.

(And if he eats [((1)] wrong), which is to be [(2)] memory of fasting, then eats without [excuse] ((3) intention ((4) ((5)), as ((6) if you are wet, then water entered his throat, (or his throats ((7)), or you inject ((8) ((9)), or give up: pour the medicine in the nose, reaching the nasal cavity (((11)), or dry dough, or amoeba, and reaching his stomach, or his brain.

(Or swallow a pebble[1]), [or iron][2], or sip[3] filling in it[4], or cast a spell[5][6], or break his fast at night, which is a day, or eat something and think he ate it intentionally, or go to bed asleep, or not fast during the whole of Ramadan, nor fast at all,[7] or become a non-fasting fasting fast, and eat only[8]).

And if he eats or drinks or gathers nassias ((1)): any unremembering of fasting, (or sleeping, or dreaming, or looking at his wife) ((2) then he descends, or adhn ((3) ((4)), or is overcome ((5)), (or before ((6)), or overcome by vomiting ((7) ((8)), or vomits a little ((9)), or becomes sideways, or has oil poured into his throat, or water in his ear, or dust has entered ((2), or smoke, or flies (in) his neck ()) did not break his nose ()) only ()) and the rain and snow spoil him ()) in the desert (((2) ()) ()))) and his skin is dead, or less fragile, ((11) ()) or he vomits slightly ((10)), or he becomes ()) sideways or he poured oil into his cheeks, or in his ears water, or the dust entered ())), or smoke or fleaves (in)) ().

(If he begins to eat sesame, he will be spoiled unless he chews), he will fade away in his mouth with chewing. (And when he eats a lot, he is spoiled again, not a little in both cases, and when Muhammad - may Allah be pleased with him - spoils with the return of a little, he does not return much. When he vomits again, he considers the abundance to be full of mouth, and Muhammad is pleased by Allah, and he is considered to have done it.

(And he hates) taste, and chew nothing but a boy's food. (2) necessity, and the kiss. (3) If he does not believe, [no one is safe] (4) not the clover, the oil of the mustache, the swab. (6) Even if it is evening, beware of the word of the Shafi'i. (8) He hates the evening, because it removes the child.

A pregnant woman, or an infant, or a pregnant woman who is pregnant or pregnant with a child, or the traveler who has eaten and spent without a ransom on them.

It is said that breakfast is for a nurse who has hired herself to breastfeed, but not for the mother who does not have to breasts.

I say: if it is the solution of the breakfast building (1) on the duty to breastfeed, then contract the rent if it was before Ramadan resolves (2) [her] (3) breakfast, but if it's not before Ramadan, but rents herself in Ramadan should (4) not resolve her breakfast as she should not rent unless the necessity calls to her. (5) As for the mother, do not allow her breakfast unless she is appointed. (6) Then she must (7) have breastfed, so resolve (8) the breakfast.

(And fasting for a traveler does not harm him[1]) loves[2], nor judges[3]: i.e. if he dies in his journey, or his illness, he does not pay the ransom, and if he is right, or stays, then dies, then he is ransomed[4]: his guardian as much as he has left him[5]: if he lives afterwards, he lives according to his ability,[6] and if not, he stays according to their ability.[6] If ten days have elapsed, he stayed five days after Ramadan, then died, or five days stay after Ramadan and then he died, then a ransom of five days is due, (conditions (5):[6]) for the issuance, and it is valid from one third.[7]

And the redemption of every prayer as a fasting day is correct, and at some, one day as a redemptive day.

(And if Ramadan arrives, the last of his fasting will be over, and the first will be without ransom, and if the Shafi'i (may Allah be pleased with him) has to pay the ransom. And if he does not fast, his guardian will not pray for him.)

It is necessary to fast nefl[1] in which a performance, and justice): i.e. it must be completed[2], if it is corrupted[3], then justice[4], (except in the last days) is required: [5] five days: Eid al-Fitr, and Eid-ul-Azha with three days after it.

(And he does not eat without excuse in a novel) (2): That is, if he begins a voluntary fast, he may not eat breakfast without excuse; because it is an annulment of the work, and in another novel (3): it is permissible; because the judgment (4) is behind him, (and he talks with the excuse of hospitality (5)): this sentence includes the host (6) and the guest.
