(And a nation and offices have become old under a free man or a slave); if they are under a slave, they have the choice [agreement] (a) to be free but a slave's bed, and if under the free woman there is a dispute between the two, (b) God be pleased with her, (c) this is based on the issue of considering divorce, we have women, they do not have a choice; to increase the king over them, and he has men, but there was no disgrace, or increase of the king.

(A nation married without permission and divorced, and did not choose) because she was satisfied, and was called to the lord if he added a dowry like her.

From the time of the birth of his son, he was called the father of his children, and his family was established as his own. He was the mother of his child. He had to prove his ancestry, and he was the father's mother. He must prove his worth. He said: "You and your father are the father, and the father is the father.

(And if he marry her correctly): i.e. if he marries [the father] ((1) the son's nation, (and the mother of his son did not insist on it))) and the dowry must be ((3) no value of it, and her son is free)) by his kinship: that is, by the kinship of the son, the nation belongs to the son and he follows it. And we say: By forcing the king, and it is as if she had said: Sell it to me thus, and then take it from me, and the master says: I took it.

It is answered that the goal is in the door that it became like saying: Sell your slave to me for a thousand, and the other said: I sold. The sale is not complicated; because one does not take over the two sides of the sale except for the coaxing.

And also[1] The king who proves by necessity is a necessary king, and proves as much as necessary, and there is no necessity in proving him in the right of concubinage so that he spoils concubine.

And the answer to the first: that the sale[(1)] fixed by the need is exempt from acceptance, it has been known in the origins of jurisprudence that the requirement[(3)] is not like the memorandum, but is necessary and falls from the (5) corner and conditions from which it is possible to fall.

And on the second:[(1)] The fixed by necessity, although it is necessary to prove by it for its necessity which is not likely to fall, as will come in the matter of the gift[(2)]: The presumptive gift must be seized, so the invalidation of the king of the whore from the supplies of the proof of the right king so that he does not get rid of it.

And if she says, 'This is without compensation, and loyalty to him, that is to the master, and this is with my father Hanifa, may Allah be pleased with him, and likewise with Muhammad, may Allaah be pleated with him.'

And as for my father Joseph - may Allah be pleased with him - this is (1) and the first is equal (2); the king (3) is established here by way of the gift, and the gift is exempt (4) from arrest, a condition as the sale exempts from acceptance, which is a corner.

We say: Acceptance is a corner, and falling into it is not a capture, but a gift.

If the husbands are deprived of religion, the child is a Muslim if one of his parents is Muslim, or he is a convert to Islam, and my book is between my book and mine, because the child follows the best of my parents' religion.

(In Islam, the husband of the Magian, or the wife of the Kafir, is either a book or a magian, and if he offers Islam to the other, then he is his own, and otherwise, the difference is: the separation, because the divorce is not from the women, and the dowry is not in her father's hand, but in the hand of the spouse. In the case of the father of the husband, if she is bound by all the dowries, if not, half of it; because separation is a divorce before entering.

(If it were 1) in their home [2]): i.e. Islam [3] The husband of the magician, or the wife of the disbeliever (not adopted [4]) until menstruation [5] Three before the Islam of the other.

If the husband handed over the scripture, it is his, and it shows by the difference of the darin, not by the spine, if one of them came out to us a Muslim, or if he went out a prisoner of war, and if they went into exile together, no.

And each of them returned to the spouse immediately, then to the molested woman all her dowry, and to the other half if he returned, and nothing if she did, and the remainder of the affair if they wore together, then they surrendered, and corruption if one of them surrended before the other.
